If your beauty service does not meet the expectations set, a free redo is available as an “exchange” for the first 7 days after said service. After 7 days, a 50% refund or a 50% discount on the next service is available. Some hair colors are not achievable in one session, this refund policy only applies to colors that should have been attained in one session but were not.
